Usually, yes. A number on the WhatsApp Business app can stay on your phone and work in TalkRight at the same time. Meta decides which numbers qualify, and you'll see it when you connect.

Yes. Eva replies in English and Arabic. You choose her languages, her tone and how long her replies are.

TalkRight works in your phone's browser, with notifications for what needs you. On an iPhone, add it to your Home Screen first.

Only when you want her to be. Channel by channel, choose whether Eva replies, drafts for your team or stays off, and when: business hours, after hours or always.

Eva runs on prepaid credits: one credit per AI reply. Packs start at AED 25 for 100 credits, and you can set daily and monthly caps. Your team's own replies and bookings don't use credits.

She hands the conversation to the right person on your team, with a summary of everything so far, and steps back when a person takes over.

Yes. Invite people as Owners, Admins or Members. Members see their own chats and their team's queue; Owners and Admins see everything.

Yes, any time from Billing. You can change your card there too.
